ISM
ISM stands for International Safety Management Code, an international regulation that shipping companies and their vessels must comply with to ensure safe operations and protect the marine environment. It was established by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and has been fully implemented since 1998 as part of the SOLAS Convention (International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea).




ISPS
ISPS stands for International Ship and Port Facility Security Code, an international security regulation established by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Implemented in 2004, it provides a global framework to protect maritime transport from threats such as terrorism and unauthorized access.

MLC
MLC stands for Maritime Labour Convention, an international treaty adopted by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 2006. Often referred to as “Seafarers’ Bill of Rights,” which sets minimum standards for seafarers’ working and living conditions and entered into force in 2013.
