Founded in 1948 on the shores of Dokai Bay, Kitakyushu, our company began with a single tugboat and has continued to grow and evolve for over 70 years, thanks to the continued trust and support of our customers.
Today, in addition to harbor tug operations within ports across Northern and Western Kyushu, our tugs are engaged in a range of specialized offshore operations such as oceanographic surveys, subsea cable work, towing, maritime emergency response. In recent years, we have also expanded into the offshore wind and carbon capture and storage (CCS) industries, with the aim of proactively contributing to the realization of a more sustainable society.
Our ability to engage in such a diverse range of marine operations is underpinned by the specialized capabilities of our highly skilled crews, working in close coordination with our professional team of onshore staff. The technical expertise and knowledge we have accumulated over more than seven decades—passed along from one generation of crew to the next—remain among our most valuable assets, serving to assure customers that their projects are in good hands.
